Please arrive 10 minutes before your class, especially on your first visit. For safety, and out of respect for the group, we cannot admit you once a class has started.
Policies
The small print, kept small
A few things that keep the studio safe, fair and comfortable for everyone.
Late cancellations & no-shows
A £10 fee applies to cancellations made less than 3 hours before class, and to missed classes with no cancellation. We know life happens, but this lets us offer the spot to a waitlisted member and keeps classes fair for everyone.
Grip socks
Grip socks are required for all classes. They keep you safe on the reformer. Pairs are available at reception.
Intro offer
Our intro offer is limited to one per person and to new clients only. Multiple accounts or repeat purchases are not permitted and will result in bookings being cancelled.
Bookings & packages
Classes are booked through our online timetable or the Blinq Studios app. All class packages and memberships are valid for one month from the date of purchase, and cannot be paused, extended, transferred or refunded. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will automatically expire.
Refunds
All sales are final. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sharing sessions
Sessions cannot be shared with others. If this is abused, memberships may be suspended and remaining classes will not be refunded.
Privacy in the studio
Blinq is a women-only space. To protect everyone's privacy, please be considerate when taking photos or videos and make sure no other member appears in them without their consent.
Health
Please tell your instructor before class about any injuries, health conditions or pregnancy. Exercises can be adapted for you. If you are unsure whether Pilates is suitable, check with your GP first.
These policies are put in place to ensure all of our members have a calm, enjoyable experience and are treated equally and with respect. Failure to comply with our policies may result in loss of access to our studios. We appreciate you respecting the studio policies and understanding that no exceptions are made.
