FAQ
Questions, answered
Everything first-timers usually ask us. Anything else, just get in touch.
I have never done Pilates. Can I still come?
Absolutely. Most of our members started as complete beginners. Book a Foundations class for the gentlest introduction, and your instructor will guide you through everything, including how the reformer works.
Is the studio really women only?
Yes. Every class, every day, the studio is exclusively for women, so you can move in complete comfort and privacy.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move freely in, such as leggings and a top. Grip socks are required for all classes. Bring your own or buy a pair at reception for £6.
How many people are in a class?
No more than six. Small classes are the heart of Blinq: your instructor sees every rep and can correct and encourage you personally.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before class, especially for your first visit, so we can welcome you and show you around.
Is there parking?
Yes. On-street parking outside the studio is free after 6pm and on weekends, and the Asda nearby offers 2 hours of free parking.
How do I book?
Through the live timetable on this website. Pick your class, choose a time, and pay online. Your spot is confirmed instantly.
